Contour On-Site gives you perpetual use of Contour and Year 1 maintenance (support & product updates) included in your license fee. Annual maintenance renewals are optional thereafter. This page sets out pricing for individual licenses, maintenance renewals and our great value package - the Contour Team Package.   

A Named license is a single user with unlimited access to Contour at all times. Best for members of the team who are active users of Contour managing projects, requirements, use cases, tasks and other items. Price includes first 12 months premium support and product updates.

Floating user license – 3,750 Euro*

A Floating license allows multiple users to share a single license but with only one person logged into Contour at any one time. This kind of license is useful for team members who are less active on a daily basis in the project but still have the need to create, edit or manage items within Contour. Price includes first 12 months premium support and product updates.

Collaborator license – 90 Euro*

Collaborator licenses provide read-only access with the ability to review items as well as add comments. This allows you to extend the use of Contour to other stakeholders who need real-time status updates and visibility of the project. The first 25 Collaborator licenses are included free with the Contour Team Package; you only pay for additional Collaborators required after that.

Contour Team Package - 10,000 Euro* (40% savings!)

Designed for enterprise teams, our Team Package is a great starting point for teams of 10 or more. We’ve included everything you need to get up and running quickly. The total value of the package is 17,000 Euro, you save over 40%.

• Users: Your choice of 10 Named or 3 Floating users
• Support: Premium support plan included for the first year
• Collaboration: 25 Collaborator licenses
• Server licenses: 1 non-production license for testing, training and report design
• Configuration: Custom configuration and set-up provided

Support & Maintenance

The first year of support & maintenance is included with your initial purchase of Contour. After that, you can renew on an annual basis for 250 Euro* per named user and 750 Euro* per floating user. Annual renewals are optional, but required to continue with access to technical support and product upgrades.
