Our hosted service is a renewable annual subscription. Just like our On-Site option, you can choose from all the following types of user access:

Named user

A single named user has full access to Contour all the time. Best for team members who will actively use Contour for managing projects, requirements, use cases, tasks and other items.

Floating user

A floating user can be shared by multiple people but with only one person logged into Contour at any one time. A floating user is useful for team members who are less active on a daily basis in the project but still have the need to create, edit or manage items within Contour.

Collaborator user

Collaborators provide read-only access to Contour with the ability to review items and also add comments. Great for extending the use of Contour to other stakeholders who need real-time status updates and visibility of your project. Take out a Team package subscription and we'll include up to 25 Collaborator licenses free of charge.

Contour Team Package

For enterprise teams, ask about our great value Team Package available for users of 10 or more. We'll include everything you need to get up and running quickly, and you'll make great savings too. 

• Users: Your choice of Named, Floating and Read-Only user accounts, or a combination
• Support: Premium support plan included 
• Server licenses: 1 non-production license for testing, training and report design
• Training: 1-on-1 session with your Contour Manager to train the trainer
